May Artwalk Extravaganza!!

For the Phinney/Greenwood-wide May Artwalk, we will be presenting Portland fine artist, embroiderer & fashion designer, Emily Katz will be in town showcasing her amazing, large & small scale embroideries.

Each whimsical piece details a dream-like atmosphere & environment. The cotton muslin & polyester netting embroideries are each hand-sewn on a sewing machine with no pre-planning, sketches or initial design. Katz will also have a rack or two of her eco-embroidered clothing line, Bonnie Heart Clyde. Meet the artist during her opening reception on Friday, May 14th, but stop by during the rest of the Artwalk weekend to check out her handiwork if you are unable to make it on Friday night!
